If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK TO RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be returned within 7 business days from the receipt of the return label. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and check whether it is damaged or it is not as described. If the part received is not as described or is damaged we can get the part replaced for you and re-process the order. In case, if you wish not to get the part replaced then we can process your refund. The money will be refunded to the account it was credited from during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Return shipping charges are not refundable. If the return is caused by any other reasons other than those indicated above (for example, the customer ordered the wrong part, the customer does not need the part, etc.), the Return may be due to a 25 percent commission for returning the goods and withholding the amount of delivery upon return.
